1.2 Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
1.3 Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Gift cards.
• Custom or personalized items.
3. Return Process

• The item(s) you wish to return.

3.2 After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3.3 You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds

4.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
4.3 Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
